New Court Surgery do not have the capacity to register patients who are not in our catchment area. Therefore please be aware that if you move outside this area you will be asked to register with another practice. Patients who feel they have an exceptional reason to remain registered should put this in writing to the practice manager for consideration.

Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- Complete our adult (16+) new patient registration form
- Complete our child (under 16) new patient registration form
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
