Practice Manager – Sam Earl
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Assistant Practice Manager – Karen Fox
The Assistant Practice Manager helps the Practice Manager to run the practice and also line managers both the Operations Manager and the Reception Manager and helps oversee all staff members.
Operations Manager – Danielle White
The Operations Manager looks after the day to day running of the practice and manages the Admin and Secretarial teams.
Reception Manager – Hannah Edwards-Bell
The Reception Manager manages the Reception Team helping the team to provide a good service to our patients.
Administration Team
Care Co-ordinator – Amy The Care Co-ordinator supports the clinical staff by helping patients access other services and to lighten the clinicians workloads.
